This large, modern resort is nestled within the largest ski area in Switzerland, the 4 Valleys, and is a fantastic base to explore the 400km of slopes that stretch from Verbier to Thyon. The resort shares its runs with Verbier but is comparably more affordable to visit, and provides easy access from nearby airports in Geneva and Sion. The surrounding high mountain peaks, expansive gondolas, and luxurious chalets make for breathtaking scenery as you traverse the diverse terrain into the Rhône Valley. There’s also plenty of freeriding available, as this is the birthplace of the Freeride World Tour. The resort is packed full of bars, restaurants and shops, and non-ski activities here include winter walking and snowshoeing trails, ice skating, rock climbing and more!
