Courchevel is a chic superstar of the Three Valleys ski area, offering world-class skiing, stunning scenery, and a luxurious atmosphere.
Beginners: Each village hosts its own Zen Zone of sheltered greens. In 1850, the Bellecôte and Biollay areas offer free lifts and wide, confidence-building slopes. Gentle blues like Verdons help beginners link turns while soaking up mountain views.
Intermediates: Courchevel’s blues are some of the best in the Three Valleys. Glide down the long, rolling Creux, lap the sunny reds into Moriond or cruise Loze Est for Mont Blanc panoramas. With fast lifts everywhere, you can cover serious mileage without repeating runs.
Advanced & off-piste: Tackle the steep, often bumpy Face black, built for the ’92 Olympics, or the narrow couloirs off Saulire. Guides lead freeriders to hidden powder in the Roc Merlet bowls and the Coulées des Pylônes, safety gear and local knowledge are essential.
Snowboarding: The Family Park above 1850 mixes kickers, rails and a mini half-pipe, great for progression. Natural gullies under the Vizelle gondola ride like half-pipes after fresh snow, and chairlifts mean minimal drag-lift hassle for boarders.
Courchevel is a Family Plus certified resort, offering a range of family-friendly services and activities. The resort’s high-speed chairlifts with safety features ensure that even the youngest skiers are secure. Courchevel 1650 is particularly popular with families, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and easy access to gentle slopes. Off the slopes, children can enjoy tobogganing, bowling, and ice skating, while the Aquamotion centre provides hours of fun with its pools and water slides.
Snow activities: Ice climbing, paragliding, snowmobiling, Olympic ski jump.
Non-skiing activities: Cinema, bowling, swimming pool with spa, indoor ice skating, swimming pool with spa.
Courchevel presents a gastronomic delight with 73 restaurants scattered across the resort. From charming local bistros dishing out Savoyard specialties to Michelin star restaurants, and eclectic mix of international cuisines, there's something for every palate. Some standout dining options include: Le Chabichou, Azimut, La Table de Mon Grand-Père, and Le 1947.
Courchevel, renowned for its upscale atmosphere, offers a lively après-ski ambiance. Notable après ski bars include La Folie Douce, VIP Slopeside, Le Pelican or the Ski Lodge.

I usually book flights, transfers, hotel, ski rental and lift passes myself but this year used WeSki for a trip to Morzine. It was so much easier. Everything worked perfectly - transfers arrived on time and there was plenty of feedback throughout the whole process giving you confidence the holiday would go smoothly.
A really useful service that is so much easier to use than other ‘all-inclusive’ sites. It nicely bridges the gap between a travel agent and booking the trip yourself online. I will use WeSki every time I go skiing from now on.
We booked a late minute skiing trip to Morzine through we ski. We looked at booking the trip ourselves but could get anywhere near the price quoted by we ski. The company was excellent and we had no problems at all from start to finish. I would definitely use them to book another weekend skiing trip.
Seamless experience from start to finish. I was spending ages trying to sort out a weekend break and managed to do it with we ski in minutes and for the same price as booking it all up yourself. Flight, transfer and accommodation was all as expected and faultless.
